Richard Zeman is an actor and stuntman, presumably of Czech extraction, to judge by his surname. He has appeared in over a hundred different productions, and played Ivan on HT in "Kill Bob". there appear to have been plans to bring Ivan (and Zeman) back in Season 3, had that happened.
