David Simkins was a one-time writer for Human Target. He was also co-executive producer for the second season. His other credits as a producer include Dark Angel, Grimm, Charmed, Warehouse 13 and Angel. In 2015, he was supervising producer for The Lizzie Borden Chronicles miniseries.
