Brad Kern was an Executive Producer and one-time writer for Human Target. He started out as a writer and producer on Remington Steele, and fulfilled similar functions on Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Charmed among others. His most recent work has been on Beauty and the Beast (2012), again in the dual role.
Brad was the showrunner for almost all of Charmed.
